After graduation, she joined a pharmaceutical company, working with invoicing, documentation, and contracts. It was here that she first experienced the complexity of managing large-scale operations and the importance of protecting sensitive information.<\/p>

Together, they developed the idea into a business model, and Arba Security was born, a cybersecurity firm aimed at making cybersecurity more accessible and transparent for organizations. The idea was born out of a desire to create a more efficient way for companies to address their cybersecurity challenges.<\/p>

-It started with an idea. Andreas and I wanted to make cybersecurity more approachable for organizations, especially those that hadn’t worked much with it before.<\/span><\/p>

With the support of her colleagues and a strong network, Ida took the leap and started the company. The journey was not without its challenges, but her resilience and determination saw her through.<\/p>

Overcoming Challenges with Resilience<\/strong><\/p>

Starting a company is never easy, and Ida faced her fair share of setbacks. One of the most significant challenges came when a rushed agreement with a development partner led to misaligned expectations and delays. This experience taught her the importance of clear documentation and communication.<\/p>
